Ingredients:
- 3 lbs mix of ground beef, pork and veal
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup diced onions
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 1 t basil
- 1 t oregano
- 1 T salt
- ½ t pepper
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- Mix only until combined, over mixing will make a tough meatball
- Form into balls.
- Bake at 375˚ for 30 – 35 minutes.
